In November, we took time to explore important events and celebrations through hands-on, meaningful experiences.
We marked Remembrance Day by talking gently about remembrance and respect. The children painted poppies , which they proudly wore on their coats and enjoyed creating a train set, sparking conversations about journeys and helping others.
We also helped spread the word that the dummy heroes were back in Bolton, supporting awareness of the importance work they do with our community.
To celebrate World Science Day, the children became little scientists as we explored sinking and floating. Using corks and lollipop sticks, they designed and tested their own boats, making predictions and discovering what helped their creations stay afloat.
Towards the end of the month, we enjoyed a cosy pyjama day for Children in Need. The childen had lots of fun decorating Pudsey Bear pictures, showing their creativity while learning about helping others and raising awareness for a good cause.
